The biggest con that the Rwanda regime has used on its people is the so called Bonds. The Bond market today is like a casino were the government takes the savings of Rwandans to be gambled by crooks that are only answerable to Paul Kagame and not the people of Rwanda.
The hopelessness of Rwandans is not about to end very soon as long as the thieves are still around. The heartless thieving class and their foreign friends will continue to rob our people left and right.
