The lack of democratic and a pro people government has created a bunch of pests that worship and promotes the biggest lie in Rwanda. You could think this weird collaboration with the Moroccans is beneficial to Rwanda as a country, but not. These fellas are finding ways how they can sell illicit diamonds that are using Rwanda as a transit point, soon it will be reported that Rwanda has diamonds in the ground.
